The harmonious development of an individual\u2019s growth is an extraordinarily rich and complex process that requires personal guidance from the earliest age: initially provided specifically by parents and family, and then increasingly by the broader social context. Human development differs significantly from that of animals, both in the rich educational content filled with nuances and multiple aspects, and in the time required for maturation, education, and formation processes. Beyond physical development, all of this is due to the spiritual soul present in humans: through an endless array of data of every kind to understand, one must become aware of them and, not least, make free choices. Educating is not merely informing, instructing, and teaching necessary knowledge for life and work; it is primarily ex-ducere<\/em>, \u201cdrawing out\u201d the good, the true, the just, and the beautiful\u2014values inherent in the spiritual soul.
