Why have humans not only relied on physical strength to survive, like animals, but have created something new, that is the Law, with their conscience and intelligence? Was not the evolution of the strongest sufficient for the survival of the human species, as evolutionism asserts? Why defend the weakest even with laws? What was there to defend? The most profound reason lies in the human being himself, who is endowed with spirit. To this day, human knowledge neglects the existence of this reason, whereby the Law can give way to the law of the strongest, and the strongest tends to create laws for his own use and consumption, far from justice and from the Law itself.
