Law
Donate nowWhat led human beings to base their survival not solely on physical strength, like animals, but instead to use consciousness and intelligence to create something entirely new—Law—as a means of regulating their relationships?
Was the evolution of the strongest and most adaptable, as evolutionary theory simply claims, not enough? By Why create laws to protect even the weakest? What was there in them worth defending? Where does the need for justice originate?
The deepest reason lies within the human being himself—endowed with spirit, made in the “image” of God. When this truth is ignored, Law risks being reduced to the will of the strongest, who shape rules to serve their own interests—rules far removed from true justice and from the very essence of Law itself.
